Impact Companies is looking to hire a COO in training!


This position will begin by overseeing the Executive Department in order to get accustomed to our company’s culture & financials. The person that fills this position will be groomed to eventually oversee all companies (including, but not limited to, our wet & dry crushing plants, a sand & gravel sales company, a business services company, a trucking company, a land development company, and a $30 million+ Civil General Contracting company).

Job Requirements:


  • Must blend with Impact’s Core Culture of positively IMPACTing people
  • 5 + years of experience leading large/complex teams
  • Experience running a company with financials
  • 5+ years in a leadership role for a Civil General Contracting Company
  • Very strong construction industry knowledge & experience
  • Strong budgeting & financials experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of pit costs is a plus
  • Prior aggregates or mining experience is a plus
  • Must have very positive attitude
  • Must be eager & open to learning
