Plant Maintenance Technician 
CTC Crushing – Las Vegas, NV

 

 

Responsibilities

Primary Job Functions - Maintenance, repair, and installation of a variety of machines and equipment used in various combinations to perform functions in the processing, crushing, washing, portable process. Inspects, adjust, services, analyzes, and repairs crushers, screens, conveyors, motors, and other equipment. Routine lubrication and documentation of greasing of all plant equipment.

Lubrication requires climbing, kneeling, reaching, walking, standing, and bending around operating and non-operating equipment while gripping and squeezing the grease gun. During any equipment downtime, the primary function is to inspect all conveyor rollers associated with the non-operating equipment, prioritize the need to replace faulty rollers, and replace all or as many faulty rollers as allowed in downtime.

Qualifications

Requirements for this position include:
• 2+ years of experience with repairs on a crushing plant
• Experience with conveyors, jaws, cones, and screens
• Reliable transportation
