Overview

Impact Sand and Gravel is hiring a Sales Rep! As a Sales Representative for Impact Sand and Gravel this position is responsible for building and servicing a customer base through sales and service. Resolves customer issues relating to materials or trucking to insure customer satisfaction and deliver high quality products.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include expanding customer sales to a broader base of customers. Maintaining and developing solid relationships with prospective and existing Impact clients; Gathering information to keep the sales force well informed of market; Communicating with operations to ensure availability of products; Developing sales and market projections, and monitoring selling and pricing structure of materials on a daily basis to ensure maximum profits. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years sales experience or related experience in the construction-materials industry

• Goal and results oriented with the ability to take initiative, work with minimal supervision

• Strong organizational skills, emphasis in Time Management

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
